My husband and I absolutely loved working with Happy Tart. From the tasting to the final product, Emma was fantastic to work with the final result was AMAZING! I had an idea of what I wanted for the wedding cake, chatted about it with Emma, and she made it come to life in the most perfect way possible. The cake was absolutely delicious and our guests were wowed with how beautiful it was. I would whole-heartedly recommend Happy Tart to anyone who is interested in a great cake at a great price.

This is seriously the best gluten free restaurant I've ever been to. Particularly, those gluten free biscuits or so damn good that I'm almost convinced they've hired elves to bake em!
If you're gluten free, then you have to come here. The prices are reasonable as well.

The gauge of any restaurant is the taste, hands down. But for a gluten-free specialty restaurant, it is especially an honor when the food is fantastic, then you realize that everything is gluten-free; that is Happy Tart in a nutshell!

This place is truly amazing. Not only does this place make amazing GF bakery items, in my opinion, it's better than the majority of "regular" bakeries in our area. Every thing I've bought has been fresh, moist, and delicious.
We recently stopped by for brunch and were amazed. Their french toast is to die for!
GF or not, you should consider stopping by The Happy Tart and treating yourself to some of their amazing food

What can I say....the cake was exquisite! Gorgeous, beautiful and so delicious!! No one believed that it was real!! And the mini desserts were such a huge hit! The family continued to eat the left over desserts the next day, and even took some on their flight on Monday to enjoy while traveling to St. Thomas.
My clients were so pleased, and Michelle enjoyed the breads. I think she really enjoyed the English muffins, but I can assure you she will be visiting you often.
My chef who was working on site is somewhat of a pastry chef as well. He said that your desserts were spectacular, and super moist for being gluten free. No one could believe that everything was gluten free...and some said, then why can't everything be gluten free if it can taste this good?!!
